The hotel is a pleasant family-friendly property with very welcoming staff. It is in a perfect location in the Paddington area with pleasant views. the hotel is conveniently located just next door to the Heathrow Express and Paddington Station for the trip back to Wales.

Reasonably new hotel (2.5 years) so very modern feel. Well connected to Central London via Paddington Underground or Bus network. Staff very helpful. Hotel facilities excellent which justifies price. Would easily recommend this great hotel!

The room was very good sound proofing was particularly impressive.
The room has a separate toilet with no handbasin which is some distance from the bathroom creating health issues. The hot breakfast is piled up early and dried out from the start, I got inclusive breakfast and cold stuff was excellent. However going rate if you do not have it included is £18.50 and it is certainly not worth that amount.
